How long have you been a chef & where have you honed your skills?
I started my career as a chef here at Pure Joy Catering two years ago. I love working live-action stations at events, getting to see the guests enjoy our food is my favorite part of my job

I would be a bottle of beer, easy, simple, and straight to the point
What do you do for fun?
Work events, play the drums, surf, ride dirt bikes, go to concerts and weekend getaways exploring California
What else do you want our readers to know about you?
I love having family and friends visit me from my home in Puerto Rico and showing them the beauty of California, especially my son Diego who's 9 years old
