Venice is a very delicious, magical place I keep going back to. It’s all about seafood there - and fresh, fresh, fresh food. The silly thing that sticks in my head - I dream about them - are the Croquettes at Harry’s Bar in Venice. They taste like perfect crisp little rolls of roasted chicken, mashed potatoes and mushroom gravy - they are the inspiration for our Croquettas de Pollo and I think ours are a tiny tiny bit better - SHHH! don’t tell Harry I said that.
