An Elegant Wedding at the Santa Barbara Classic Chase Palm Park Carousel

Elizabeth and Dane designed a lush wedding celebration using the blank, slightly industrial canvas of our beloved and recently restored carousel building - restored sans carousel - and we just love what they did with the place. They were blessed to get a pre-COVID nuptial celebration tucked into 2020.

We were so very happy to serve a lovely plated preselected dinner of local salmon with sun-dried tomato & pine nut crust, topped with preserved lemon gremolata, and a classic grilled flank steak with red wine mushroom bordelaise, that really mirrored the couple's vision of simple elegance.
