Every love story deserves a magical beginning, and that's exactly what Sandy and Salem had on their special day. Their beautiful wedding was a celebration of love and joy that took place in the picturesque setting of Bella Terra.
Nestled in the heart of nature, Bella Terra is a breathtaking wedding venue that provides the perfect backdrop for Sandy and Salem's big day. With its lush gardens and rustic charm, it offered a serene and captivating environment to celebrate with family and friends.
The color palate of dusty blue, blush, and white with pops of gold matched the surroundings perfectly including the big blue sky overlooking the ceremony as the couple said their vows. Personal touches were delicately placed throughout the celebration from signature cocktails, table decor, and their menu for everyone to enjoy.
Guests were greeted by Pure Joy Catering's team serving welcome beverages including Lemony Iced Tea with fresh mint, Guava Passion Fruit with raspberries, and Organic Cucumber spa water.
Guests enjoyed passed appetizers while mingling after the ceremony such as the sumptuous Stuffed Sundried Pears with creamy brie and toasted pine nuts (pictured below, left), Samosas that are hand folded and filled with potato and pea and topped with mint chutney, and the very popular Grilled Ribbons of Filet on golden toasted circles, olive tapenade, arugula, and roasted garlic aioli.
The newlyweds and their guests enjoyed the overflowing buffet starting with a Local Farmer's Market Salad with organic veggies, heirloom tomatoes, and a balsamic vinaigrette.
Grilled Local Vegetables and Roasted Lemon Fingerling Pototoes served with fresh oregano accompanied the main courses reflecting both the bride and groom's tastes; Juicy Jasmine Tea Smoked Chicken with a scallion ginger sauce and grilled on-site Mesquite Flank Steak with persimmon salsa.
For Sandy and Salem, their Bella Terra wedding was a day filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments with the beautiful simple rustic elegance amongst the backdrop of greenery. This simple, yet very elegant wedding was as beautiful as the day itself with the happy couple celebrating amongst the natural greenery surroundings.
