Celebrating the Flavors of the Season at Elings Park



Nestled in the heart of Santa Barbara, Elings Park, Godric Grove, known for its stunning vistas and serene ambiance, set the perfect stage for Chloe and Mina's nuptials. The park's reputation as a haven of natural beauty and tranquility made it an irresistible choice for their nuptials.

Chloe, Minas, and their family and friends started with passed appetizers prior to their ceremony during their cocktail reception as they walked along the greenery or played cornhole. Vodka Spiked Gazpacho served in ice glasses with prawns was perfect for the warm summer day. Accompanied by the Mesquite Grilled Shrimp with delicious citrus mint dipping sauce, Ocean Fresh Ceviche and mint marinated Succulent Lamb Kebabs with apricots and tahini honey dip all worked together seamlessly during the mingling and fun.



Appetizer Displays wowed everyone with Pure Joy's most popular Farmer's Market Grazing Table with an endless and gorgeous array of deliciousness from the Santa Barbara farmer’s market, one of the best on earth! Chef's pick of organic fruits & berries, selection of bread, honey, organic house-made cognac fig jam & dried fruits, bread sticks, Drake's family farm & other local artisan cheeses draped the tables.


Lastly to ensure guests have plenty to eat throughout the event, the Cha Cha Cha! Local farm fresh pure joy guacamole and salsas; roasted, fresca, tomatillo verde, corn chips and jicama.



Tables were preset with yummy Mezze Planks upon being welcomed to the reception. Wood plank displays of homemade; red pepper hummus, baba ghanoush, toasted pita points, citrus & fennel marinated olives, dates, local fruit, fragrant herbs, and party-dressed feta.



The first course was a plated Local Farmer's Market Salad with organic veggies and balsamic vinaigrette and served family style the Beluga Lentil Salad with fine diced sweet fresh veggies, herbs & lemon mustard dressing.


Bountiful Farm to Table platters of Grilled Local Vegetables with virgin oil herb drizzle, Couscous with chickpeas, golden raisins, toasted pine nuts, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, and lemon dressing, Chipotle Roasted Portobellos with cannellini bean mash and chili shallot drizzle.



Juicy Fire Grilled Chicken with Marinated Rosemary, Lemon, and Olive Oil and Medium Rare Tri-Tip with Madeira green peppercorn sauce started off the main event. Finally, Grilled Salmon with Uva Rosso served with freshly pressed grape juice reduction and caramelized shallot sauce finished the main course.



With its sprawling meadows, lush woodlands, and panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Elings Park's Godric Grove encapsulated the very essence of a fairytale setting for Chloe & Minas special wedding day.
