Raw Raw Shish Boom Bah!


Let me introduce you to our Raw Raw bar. With our custom made ice-tray we housed some of our favorite creatures from the sea: Jumbo Shrimp with Spicy Pink Cocktail Sauce, Fresh Shucked Oysters with Ginger Mignonette, Sesame Chili Sauce, Sake Lime Sauce and Split King Crab. 


We’re all about sharing the love and bringing you Pure Joy, so we’ve decided to spruce up your Oyster eating experience by giving you our Oyster Sauce Recipes.


Each recipe makes 1 cup.


Hot Sesame & Chili Sauce

¼ cup Sesame Oil ¼ cup La Yu Chili Oil

¼ cup Sake

¼ cup Lime Juice

2 Cloves Garlic, minced

1 ½ tsp Salt

5 Whole, Dried Red Chili


Ginger Mignonette

1 1/3 cups Rice Wine Vinegar ¾ cup Vegetable Oil

1 ½ tbl Sesame Oil

2 tsp Ginger Root

4 Green Onions, sliced thin

2 Serrano Chiles, minced

1 tsp Cumin


Classic Mignonette

6 tbl Red Wine Vinegar 2 tbl Red Wine

4 Shallots, minced

2 tbl Lemon Juice

½ tsp Salt

½ tsp Pepper
