Pure joys delicious dishes passed appetizers of Mesquite Grilled Shrimp with Citrus Mint Dipping Sauce and Cocktail Turkey burgers; Perfect bite sized burgers with all the trimmings. Dinner was fire grilled local Tri Tip of Beef with Madeira Green Peppercorn Sauce: Pan Sautéed Salmon with Beurre Blanc with Local Heirloom Tomato Slaw accompanied with Tomato, Shallot & Chive Rice and Farmer’s Market Fresh Veggie and Heirloom Tomato Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette.
