Ta Ta, Toodle-Loo, and a Fond Farewell

Dear Friends,

The time has come for me to wander off into my forest in the North and on to my next adventure. It has been an exceptional journey so far, truly, thanks to many of you. This company has raised thousands of great people in this community; in many ways, it is a massive family.


After 25 years, Pure Joy Catering and Santa Barbara Venues are merging and joining forces with Catering Connection under the umbrella of Solera & Co.


My Core Team: Senior Event Planner Patrick Ward, VP Alizabeth Schotten, and Executive Chef Marguerite Cerredo will be carrying on the Pure Joy excellence with the new team at Solera & Co, along with many of the outstanding on-site Joy Makers. 


I will retain my blog, so if you wander back looking for a favorite recipe, it will still be there. I will continue to produce content at PureJoyLiving.Blog and I will begin writing the book, please join me & stay in touch.


December 19, 20 & 21st, 9:00 to 4:00 we will have a massive liquidation sale here at the Pure Joy headquarters at 111 E. Haley St.


My retirement will begin with a Champagne Toast to Santa Barbara and the Joy Makers who have made it all possible. I love you all to the MOON, and I’m sending you magical success on your next adventures!!
