Our Farmers have a massive impact on your event menu

Ya, ya we know...the first thing that comes to mind when selecting your menu is what protein you want. Seriously, folks, yes, we can grill a mean steak and then some, but at our disposal and within walking distance is the Santa Barbara Farmer's Market that we visit twice a week for our fresh produce. We focus on sourcing quality ingredients, and our relationships with local farmers, built over over25 years, bring the best of California cuisine to your event.
That being said, side dishes (or veggie main!) can really take the center of attention on your guest's plate. Our couples are blown away time and again during tastings by how spectacular the veggie options are from the salad course to side dishes, fresh beverages, and even the garnish. Add our grilling over mesquite or oak, and you have the char, smokiness, and the sweetness from the veggies cooked oh so right, plus an elegant and colorful selection that shows what each season has to offer straight from local organic farms.
