How long have you been a chef & where have you honed your skills? I started my career as a chef here at Pure Joy Catering two years ago. I love working live-action stations at events, getting to see the guests enjoy our food is my favorite part of my job

Work events, play the drums, surf, ride dirt bikes, go to concerts and weekend getaways exploring California

I love having family and friends visit me from my home in Puerto Rico and showing them the beauty of California, especially my son Diego who's 9 years old
